A black cod treat!
I dried the thawed cod, coated it with a little olive oil, some Old Bay seasoning and some fine breadcrumbs. 10 minutes in the Air Fryer turned it into 2 absolutely delicious meals (with a tithe given grudgingly to a spoiled cat) with a green salad. I love my subscription to fine dining!

Black Cod was Delightful
I baked in oven for 15 mins at 400 with good quality butter flavoured olive oil, freshly squeezed salt and pepper, fresh herbs from garden. Delicious. Fresh is best!

My order tasted absolutely delicious-cooked the halibut and cod - haven’t tried the scallops or crab meat yet. I did read the order form incorrectly, though. I thought i was picking 2 orders of cod/halibut (2 pieces each).Portion was bit small for hubby lol. Would consider ordering again though!
