Delicious, they give you a fun recipe which makes like a mocktail to me, I feel hydrated after. I typically just start my day with this as I am currently breastfeeding and it really kick starts my hydration. Drank it through my pregnancy too! Also, their customer service is the best.

I found it really hard to find a hydration supplement on the market that was for every day hydration. I was finding a majority were loaded with sodium and geared for during/post working out. Chasing around a 2 y/o and 4 y/o while pregnant with twins I needed a safety net to ensure I was receiving adequate daily hydration. SO happy I found this product that checked all the boxes: low in sugar, low in sodium and pregnancy/breastfeeding safe! I have been so happy with the Perelel brand in general and recommend it to everyone I know!

This truly is the best tasting hydration powder I’ve found. Not only are there clean ingredients but it tastes so good! All of the other clean brands I’ve tried taste salty or too sugary. This one is perfect. I have it every morning as soon as I wake up and I even bring it when I travel. I always have my friends and family taste it as well and they can’t believe that it actually tastes good!
