Delicious!!
We’ve prepared and squired this cut before and have always enjoyed it. However, this cut from Lockwood was exceptional. Flavorful and tender!!

This cut of meat deserves its high ratings due to its well marbled type of sirloin. Had cut the meat in five different portions for grilling it for rare to no more that medium rare and it was melting in our mouth. Seasoned with salt a pepper and that was enough!!!
