eskiin Filtered Showerhead

Love it!

I ordered one but should’ve ordered two. It’s the only shower that gets used in the house now. Great water pressure & just feels clean. I’ll be ordering another one soon.

10/10. Incredible design Eskiin team. Truly a significant difference in the feel of the water and the pressure of it. It creates an amazing steam as well, there’s no need to go to a steam room/sauna when you have an Eskiin at home haha. Only had ours for a couple weeks so we’re very hopeful on skin + hair results after what we’re already experiencing!

Can't get HELP with replacement pieces

I love the pressure of the showerhead. Have purchased 5 total for different homes. The problem is with the AI driven customer service. Each time I need to replace the filters, the small mesh gasket is destroyed. This is in different locations, so not a user problem. The gaskets are smaller than what is sold in most stores and I can't get a person (or via email) to respond to my request to buy the gaskets. I don't believe the pieces should be crumbling apart. Sent pics, request, reviews, etc. NO RESPONSE or HELP. So, know going in that if you need to replace parts, you're out of luck.
