Absolutely DELICIOUS! It is lean, compared to the Wagyu Brisket, and the flavour is incredible! I am very happy that I tried it - my subscription is for 4 bags of Wagyu Brisket every two weeks, and I might add this to it!

I thoroughly enjoyed both products that I purchased is ashamed. The bag didn’t last as long as I was hoping it only lasted me about a couple hours before I polished it off so well worth it expensive but well worth it will be buying again.
