Really pleased with the order. The beef has good color and packages are a good size for a small family. We had beef in freezer within 10 days of ordering. It was also nice to have the option of 90/10 hamburger. Thanks very much to Old Salt Co-op!

The beef is delicious. The packaging is great. Hardy enough to endure a stint in my chest freezer. Looks beautiful. Comes with a check list of all the different cuts and sizes and amount of each. Great for keeping track of what I have. Very happy with it.
