BRISKET Bits & Pieces

Firstly I always order marbled Brisket at BBQ places. One time I decided to try something different (from the ribeyes I normally oder) and ordered Filet Mignon medium rare, and I left 1/2 on my plate when I left the restaurant…it was dry and flavorless… Cut to Carnivore Meat chips, I settled on your Brisket, and was excited to find out you had a fat & crumbs version as the brisket was borderline too much meat..I have made it my practice to order your fat & crumbs brisket at least once a month for the last several months, and before today had nothing to complain about. I opened my 2nd bag from my last order…imagine my surprise to find not a bag of Brisket fat & Crumbs, but instead a bag of full sized pieces of LEAN beef chips like maybe 2% fat lean…not sure what cut of meat was packed but what it wasn’t was Brisket. You might want to look into who packed this bag, m I am not only NOT going to eat this but will GLADLY ship it back, one last note it looks like much more than 5oz…

Its is great jerky. And it arrived on time

If you like the brisket try the these they are to me saltier and more fat I like them better than the regular brisket.
