Still in the early stages. I'm almost through my first bottle. Taking two capsules each evening. I have my second bottle ready to go. Hoping to build up my system in a good way as I head into the mold-filled fall in the Midwest.

Well, I've been taking these for a week now. 1 in the am, 1 in the pm, and I haven't noticed any improvement in my dietary histamine intolerance symptoms yet. I believe we've been told consistency is key. So, I plan to continue them. They are expensive for me, however. I don't know if I will be able to afford them, and may have to find a more affordable brand 😕 I will post an update in another few weeks.

So far seems good

I started mast cell nutrients on July 10. I am only taking one a day but it’s suggested use is 2 a day. Because of my very sensitive histamine system, I am careful with trying a new supplement. The one a day I’ve noticed is making a difference but don’t really know how much difference for sure because it hasn’t been that long and I am still careful with my diet. But I do see some improvement. I will eventually do the 2 a day when I feel confident enough to do so. Seeking Health is my go to.
