A helpful format

I don’t love these gummies but they are definitely helping me get into a creatine routine and I am feeling a huge difference! I’m not a gummies guy and I’m not much into sweet treats so I don’t think I’ll keep these as a part of my daily routine now that I’ve gotten used to creatine intake. The taste is just not my thing… but I’ll definitely finish off this bag!

These gummies are grainy and have a weird aftertaste. They are convenient if you’re not in a place where you can mix up a powdered drink.

Not the best tasting creating. Hard to take with thw taste and lating taste in your mouth
