Broken zipper
The stitching around the zipper was coming apart. I called support and supplied pictures. They were quick to respond and replaced the inner tent right away. Great customer service!

Replacement for punctured rain fly
The rain fly oder my durston Mid-x 1 got punctured. It appears that I wasn't careful enough stuffing it into the bag every morning. I recommend not using the original bag, as it is a bit small, especially when leaving inner tent and floor mat attached.... Durston sent me a heavily discounted replacement. Thanks for this, I now feel ready to go out there again!

What an amazing company!
I made a mistake which resulted in a rip in my newer x-mid 2 inner during the beginning of a 12 night backpacking trip. Durston helped me replace it with a large replacement discount and shipped it out to me within a week. Couldn’t ask for more out of a company.
