Excellent backpack and seamless ordering experience

I’m more than satisfied with the entire ordering process. The order was handled smoothly, and the delivery was fast and completely hassle-free. I’ve now used the Durston Kakwa 55 UUltra 200X) and I’m incredibly happy with it. It performs exceptionally well on hiking trips, with a great balance of comfort, capacity, and practicality. What surprised me even more is how versatile it is: I cycled 30 km to the place where I launched my kayak in the Stockholm archipelago, and the backpack worked very well while cycling too. It also fits down into the kayak’s storage hatch, which made it perfect for combining biking, paddling, and hiking. Overall, I’m extremely pleased with both the backpack and the service, and I’m looking forward to many more adventures with it. Highly recommended.

Pack is Comfortable Just Like the Original

About six or seven years ago, I purchased the original Durston 40L from Mass Drop and still use it for my shorter trips. I needed a 55L pack for a thru-hike and tried another UL company. The other pack was light but not comfortable with more than a 15 lb load. I just bought the Durston Kakwa 55 and took it for a trial run last week. It's a perfect fit just like the original 40L. My original X-Mid 1P purchased from Mass Drop is still holding up terrifically as well. Appreciate the great customer service too!

Great pack and great customer support

Just took this pack out for a 3-day trip and loved it. My torso sizing was tricky, but was able to arrange an easy return with customer support. For reference, I'm 6' and measured my torso at 20-21", but found I wear my pack higher on my waist and found Medium to fit better than Large (maybe a measurement error on my part).
