Magnesium Glycinate

This is about the fourth Now Foods product I have purchased, and like the other three, it is very high quality, clean ingredients and it is not buffered with magnesium oxide, like some other less honest and lower quality brands are. I have not been told I am low in magnesium, but I take it as I take a vitamin D supplement, and magnesium is needed/used in the conversion of the vitamin D into its active form that the body ultimately uses. I chose the glycinate form of magnesium as its arguably the most absorbable form and is less likely to cause an upset stomach. You really cannot go wrong with anything that Now Foods make.

I have only been taking these for a month however I have took 2 every eve, I don’t sleep great so I’m not relying on it for that but have read how they are good for digestion and I can say I felt better the next day!
