Don't love the sales tactics

I signed up for a subscript not knowing the amount I ordered would double--5 piece sampler packs turned into 10 and was charges $39.50 (after $10 shipping). I might as well buy a bag. I do not remember it saying the order would increase (and hence the price). The product is good but the tactics to get you to spend and subscribe are shady.

I wish we could actually CHOOSE the flavors we want. Lately I have gotten Vanilla CHAI — that I absolutely do not like. I cannot even handle the smell!! I’d love to return the ones I got in exchange for strawberry or even PLAIN vanilla. Aside from that, the others are all delicious!! I really enjoy them.
