Magnesium

I really like the supplemental magnesium. It's simple, pure, fresh and easy on the stomach. It's priced competitively and I'm impressed with the quality of all the Truvani products I've used. It's nice to find a trustworthy company.

It was okay

I had high hopes for this magnesium, but because I use mag daily, I knew pretty quickly that this wasn't for me. I particularly use mag to help with sleep - this did nothing. I've found another brand that I'll stick with and no hard feelings - there are alot of GREAT Truvani products that I'll continue to support.

Great Quality

I dont like the chalky texture but can deal with it over toxic capsules.
