Love this product. It helps my hot flashes issues/ excessive sweating. I have had severe sciatica pain with severe muscle spasms 24 hrs/ 7 days a week. Was using muscle relaxants and painkillers but it was not the solution. Notice a pattern to my sciatica pain- heavy sweating, skin cold clammy, then comes muscle spasms and lastly, sciatica pain. This product was a game changer. A lot less amount of pain meds and muscle relaxants.

Great product a bit expensive.

I really enjoy the watermelon flavor, it is my go to after a workout to try and get rehydrated. I do think it is a bit expensive.
