Definitely feel a difference in hydration. The pink one is a little easier to get down than the blue. The blue is palatable, but tasted a little more salty than the pink.

I can’t stand the flavor. I’m not sure what it is… tastes powdery? I really wanted to like this, but every time I take a sip, it grosses me out. Finishishing this entire bag is going to be an exercise in discipline.

Love this product, it's the only one I can drink with my water and LOVE LOVE LOVE the cotton candy and that is SUGAR FREE!! Thank you so much for such a great product! 👏❤️
