Re-Lyte® Hydration Electrolyte Powder 30 Count Stick Packs

These are awesome and work.

I found out about these from the Fit Farmer and after an initial sample I found them far more palatable and effective than I expected. I’ve thoroughly incorporated them into my daily health and fitness regime. They’ve been a key part in improving my hydration and and recovery process. They’ve watermelon-lime is my second favorite of the flavors.
