I love it. Regular toothpaste has so much sweetener that it would hurt my teeth. But this stuff is amazing my teeth actually feel clean and fresh. It last all day. My gums seem healthier. After I brush I add a little water to my mouth and use the toothpaste I brushed with like a scrubbing rinse. It cleans out between my teeth better then floss. I'm sold forever and will be ordering again. Thank y'all so much.
