Forget the nootropics…

So, I’m used to a nootropic combo upon waking w/ coffee. Lately, trying to forget that stuff first thing in the morning , I’ve been doing SOS in 12oz of water, followed by my coffee. Great energy return and wake up result. I’ve shelved the nootropics, and gone for another SOS around noon, after my morning run. Also, have an older family member who still works, and I asked him if he honestly notices a difference; he SOS gives him an extra kick, and he knows when he forgot to drink it - coming from a 77 yr old!
