Clean magnesium

I just started taking this brand for magnesium supplement, so I don’t have a lot to say yet. I do really like this company so I’m confident all will be good. I know the magnesium is helping with sleeping better, keeping my bones strong (in tandem with the vitamin D3 K2 supplement) and over all health improvement.

My sister is a long time member and she takes these supplements. She went from osteoporosis to osteopenia. When I attended the recent Bone Coach zoom seminar I learned that taking calcium and D3 wasn't enough to build bone. The missing link was magnesium. I ordered Healthy Bones magnesium and I'm impressed by this product's quality. I'm taking it in the evening with my evening dose of calcium.

I couldn't be happier with my Magnesium from Healthy Bones. It has helped with sleep issues as well as what it's doing for my bones. 10/10
