Magnesium

It has a strong taste. I definitely can't take it with just water, which is what I normally like to do. I'm hoping this strong taste means it is potent with the good magnesium minerals and no fillers, which I believe is the case. I'm happy with this supplement.

Salty but Good

Magnesium is an overlooked supplement in my opinion. This has a salty taste, but I use it in my berry smoothies and feel it works great.

The best way to take this is in hot water with lemon and cayenne.
