Fantastic product use it in all my bicep curls and lat pulldowns

I originally ordered a bundle in the wrong size. I was right on the line between the two. That was my mistake. Since then, however, the customer service has been terrible. I was sent a replacement with only one of the sizes corrected and a strap missing. That took weeks because customer service never responds. Finally sent that order back 3 weeks ago and....crickets. Customer service doesnt respond. I cant tell you if the product is good or not but at this point I just want a refund of the nearly 200 dollars I spent. Based on my experience I probably would not do business with them.
