I bought these after suffering an injury that I’m barely coming back from after 6 months of rehab. And 4 months of insane pain. All because of my wrong form. These have helped me get into the proper lift without using my elbows or biceps.

Great product! I am definitely lifting heavier with the grips. There are some sharp edges on the metallic parts of the curved grip sections that have caused some skin chafing. Other than that, happy with the product.

The quality feels solid. It looks and feels like they should last a long time, and I’m enjoying being able to target my back a little better without my grip giving out.
