The grips are good and such especially wearing my watch as I track my workout out, however for price, I would have expected better quality. Good product but pricey compared to other brands out there.

Saved my wrist and elbow

I’ve never written a review for fitness equipment before but this is one of the best pieces of equipment I’ve ever bought. The wrist wraps and grips are made to be durable and provide wrist support and grip support without being uncomfortable for wearing a watch. My physical therapist recommended these while treating me for interior and anterior pain in my elbow that was being caused by pinched nerves due to over gripping. These wraps allowed me to relax my grip and still workout. My elbow pain has disappeared and now I can workout without feeling dread for the impending pain.

Not only do the bands allow my watch to sit comfortably on my wrist, the straps totally keep my wrists tight and in alignment.. Great purchase!
