Happy w/my purchase
The pack held up really well along my 9day pack packing trip. It held everything I needed, I had no pain, and it held up in the rain. My only personal complaints are that I wish it had a drawstring along the outer front pocket. I could see it wearing out and stretching after repeated use. I also personally like more pockets but that’s just a preference! Otherwise no complaints!
While I’m here, a lil critter chewed through one of the shoulder strap pockets. Any recommendations for that repair? :)

Perfect 5-day pack!
Just finished a 5-day trek in Wyoming's Wind River Range including a summit of Gannett peak and I put the Kakwa through its paces. The pack was light and convenient. I was able to strap my ice axe to it, and other equipment to navigate the glaciers/streams. I purchased the UltraGrid in size medium and my only complaint is the waist belt may be on the long side. I'm a 33ish waist and if I lose much more it'll be cinched all the way!
