These are very tasty and are delicious with deli meats. My favorite sandwich is roast turkey with lettuce and tomato and I've been using avocado instead of mayo. This is my favorite heart healthy meal.

Excellent bread tastes perfect for fewer calories

I don’t know why others keep making bread with sugar and oil at 200 calories per roll when you can have the same bread but healthier and leaner. I now exclusively eat bread from ROYO. Game changer
