Vanilla bean paste - The Best!!!!

Made a half gallon of vanilla bean paste. The paste turned out perfectly!!! Very pleased. Will be buying more in the future.

This is amazing

I used this to make Vanilla paste and it was amazing. Once you blend this in the consistency of the paste changes. I thought it might be to watery at first but I watched a video and it said to give it a day. The next morning it was perfect. I highly recommend it.

Xanthan Gum and Vanilla Bean Splits

I recently purchased both Xanthan Gum and Vanilla Bean Splits to make Vanilla Bean Paste. I made the Vanilla Bean Paste this past weekend and was amazed at how much it was like the paste I had purchased years ago. The taste and smell are the same as I remember. Four days later, the paste has thickened nicely. I will never buy Vanilla Bean paste again, as I now have a source for the special ingredients needed to make my own. Thank you for the video I saw on Facebook demonstrating how easy it is to make.
