Creatine+

Creatine is a must have for people over 50

I use other products with great success so I thought I would try the Creatine. This is a premium product. Easy to mix and great flavor- I use more water than recommended. I have tried other creatine companies and this is by far the best. I am very happy Elysium added creatine to the product line.

Iam not sure what this means, review description .of what? I currently have 2 subscriptions for this product. i for me (95) and 1 for my wife. (90). I saw my wife regain some of her strength within a couple of weeks after using creatine+. As for myself , I have been using it for about 3 weeks and feel no changes so far.

Good but could use improvement

This is the fifth Elysium product I have added to my regime, but unless they make some improvements I will not renew my annual subscription. The dose and packets are a fantastic idea. The dose was just what I wanted as a 50yo woman who is taking it to help with muscle retention as I age. The packages, however, are impossible to tear open. If I don't use a scissors I end up ripping the packet down the side and spilling a large amount of powder. I hate the taste of stevia and this has enough to leave an aftertaste in my mouth paired with the not delicious flavors, I do have to sort of plug my nose and choke this down. I want to love this because I want to have an easy way to dose with creatine, but not happy enough with packaging or flavor to make me keep taking it.
