Good protein level, no Whey good taste and no stomach issues. I got their plant based protein powder and I like the taste and the results. The Lemon Sugar Cookie is the yummiest protein powder I have ever had... it's great for when I'm on the go because all I need is to add water! It tastes like a snack while delivering 20 whole grams of protein. I love it!
