I never received my order because USPS delivered it to the wrong address. Because I did not purchase their extra "shipping protection," Theralogix refused to offer a replacement or a refund. I intentionally ordered directly from their website rather than a third party to ensure I got what I ordered and customer care. A business should stand behind fulfilling basic delivery without forcing customers to pay an added fee just to guarantee their product actually arrives. Disappointing customer support and a lack of accountability.

It was really easy to make the purchase online. The product arrived right on time, and I'm really excited to try it for the first time.

Not sure what its doing but this brand was recommended by my urologist and very happy with quality and cost.
