Okay, but...

I'm giving this a 3 just because I feel like it's too oversized for the purpose for which I bought it. I bought this for the Yoder Pizza oven, and it's not that it isn't a quality item, it's just way too big for the Yoder oven. For one thing, it doesn't need to be nine feet long. Also, the width of the peel itself doesn't give you any room to manipulate the pizza within the Yoder oven. I really like the beveled edge on this peel, but it's just too big to be completely effective in the Yoder Pizza oven. I'm sure that this would be perfect for a larger oven, though.
