Best Rub EVER for Cedar-Planked Salmon!

Have been using this for cedar-planked salmon for the past ten years or so. I get rave reviews from all - those who "don't really care for salmon" ask me where they can buy the rub, and those that are salmon die-hards say "this is by far the best salmon I have ever had".
