Cattleman's Grill 8 Second Ride Carne Asada Seasoning

I've ordered 8 Second Ride several times now. A little goes a long way, great flavor, but watch out for the heat. I just ordered 5lbs and shipped it to a buddy overseas, due to stiff tarriffs. Vacuum seal and freeze it in 1lb bags to keep it fresh.

I just got to try this out a few days ago and WOW! It was far better that I anticipated. It has a little kick to it so for your first time trying it, go lightly until you know it. I used it on some grilled chicken breast and it was amazing. I have plans to try it in some homemade chicken and noodles to give it some good flavor and a little heat.

Great on arranchera, but equally good on eggs and mixed with Cattleman's Mexicana it is a staple in our kitchen.
