I researched benefits of Blue Corn Pinole after it sparked my interest after stumbling upon a TikTok video. I’m loving the Pinole warmed with Almond Milk, Ceylon Cinnamon, Cacao and a touch of Maple Syrup. I’ve even added Matcha in place of the Cacao and it’s just as delicious. I do believe Pinole is a keeper!
