I love using this electrolyte stick daily to stay hydrate, more than just hydration. I can physical tell a difference when I don't use them. Plus when I'm tried of just drinking water, I have the berry flavored one to use, a heathy replacement for soda.

We have known about the importance of hydration for many years (e.g., remember when Gatorade "splashed" on the market) but the clearer facts from science supporting hydration has not been caught in the markets . . . probably because "it doesn't taste good," "no one will pay that price," "doesn't have a long shelf life." It is said, "necessity is the mother of invention" but in this case, it was my necessity. Getting older . . . not slowing down (purposefully), need to find good products to replenish the body. The lemonade flavor is my favorite by far, and I know it's full of good stuff. The convenience of single serve "sticks" allows me to take it anywhere, and they're actually easy to open and pour!!
