Has been doing more than I expected. My breast tenderness has basically disappeared. I am so happy and relieved! I don’t know why I ever stopped taking this. It has also been helping with my flush and hot flashes. I feel a little flush that comes and goes, but nothing like I had been experiencing which was unbearable burning sensation on my cheeks.
