Subtle Change
I was skeptical about brain supplements, but I was willing to give them a try. I researched and found the better results for the price was Stonehenge.
I started taking them and probably like a lot of people was expecting a eureka moment. I didn't really notice changes until I started slowly remembering street names. My wife is a savant when it comes to remembering directions, so when I started to remind her of locations, I knew something was different.

Patient?
This is only my 2nd month taking the Dynamic Brain vitamin supplement. I am noticing a difference in mental pclarity and unexpectedly in lessening hair loss. A whole food diet (mostly( has improved my energy level and lessened anxiety but Dynamic Brain is giving me B12 and it supplements my diet for a healthier brain especially as a senior woman. I recommend it.

Dynamic Brain
I only gave a 4 star because I'm just on my second of the first 3 bottles that I initially ordered. I showed the bottle to my long time friend and chiropractor who said the ingredients were all natural and saw no problem with it. I seem to see a little bit of difference, but my memory issues started less than a year ago. I'm still on the fence so time will tell.
