This bread has a pronounced sour taste to it,e

Moldy

It’s pretty obvious that I’m not a fan and I have mold allergies so I don’t need moldy product

This version of the Pacha buckwheat bread is seriously delicious. There is depth to the nutty flavor that the original (which I think is quite tasty itself) does not have. I fell in love with this one at my very first bite and very hope that they will keep this around as a regular option. It will absolutely be my go to loaf now!!
