Optimist Light Roast

I bought this coffee out of pure curiosity based on the description. I want to note that it is neither bitter nor acidic. It didn’t irritate my stomach at all, even when I drank it on an empty stomach without any cream. I usually don't do that, but I decided to try it this way just out of curiosity. The flavor is very pleasant. Normally, I like to mix 50% Arabica with 50% Colombian coffee, but this time I just made my regular morning coffee and truly enjoyed it. Highly recommend!

Light Roast

The start of my coffee journey found me clinging primarily dark roast. My perseption was that dark roasted coffee had to have more flavor. The Optimist Light Roast has shown me my initial perseptions were not correct. I dialed in the recipe for my brewing situation and have really enjoyed the Optimist Light Roast. Great coffee!

I love this coffee! I do jot like dark roast and I can tolerate nedium roast, this is the bedt tasting, light roast on the market. Low acid is a dream come true! No acid reflux from this coffee!!!
