Pulley System - Lat Pulldown Seat (Fits 3x3 & 3x2 Squat Racks)

Works great after a couple of adjustments. The pinholes weren’t perfectly aligned because the pin was too tight to go through. So I took a step bit to enlarge the hole a little bit on one side. I had to drill holes on my rack supports to get the right position. Too bad the seat and the knee pad is not adjustable. But, it would cost more.

It is comfortable and well built. As a larger/taller man, I wish it was longer to allow me to sit further away from the sliding weights. Becomes tough it 35s or 45s are on.
