Belt Squat - 1" Plate Post

Holds my one inch plates well. My only complaint is that the olympic holder had a nice rubber washer/bumper at the bottom that kept the plates from wobbling, but the smaller post does not have one, so there is a little instability.

great product. does what its made for. i am very sad that it was needed. original post the lever squat comes with doesn’t fit Rogue competion bumbers. its too wide. i was going to sell at a loss when i saw this. Not optimal, but better than losing. you should make the original to fit all olympic plates.
