These cactus tortillas are delicious! They made great enchiladas! The tortilla did not crumble and fall apart as I handled it for cooking!

No gluten

Because these tortillas have no gluten, they don't stay together very well. I made enchiladas with them, and they fell apart. However, I gave them to Mexican friends who heated them on the stove burners. They loved them.
