GU Roctane Energy & Hydration Drink Mix

One of my Favs

I love Gu Roctane drink mix. It's my go to drink for long endurance races like Lotoja. It has a very light taste, a very good taste, and can be mixed with 30, 60 or 90 grams. I love that there are caffeine options. I love that it contains electrolytes. All around great drink.

Summit Tea= Iced Tea= Delicious

I like all of the flavors of this drink mix- none of them are too sweet (like Tailwind). However, the Summit Tea flavor was a surprising knockout. It tastes like lightly sweetened iced tea! It is very refreshing, and nice flavor change from every other carb drink/gel. With the other flavors I've also experimented with adding a touch of unflavored LMNT to increase the sodium content, and small amounts do work pretty well.

Subtle flavor

Not the strongest flavor which was really nice for the longer runs where I tend to get sick of whatever I’m drinking. Felt great, will definitely buy more.
