GU Roctane Energy & Hydration Drink Mix

Does it's job well

I've been looking for a high carb drink mix that would be good for my gut and after trying several brands, I think I hit the jackpot with this one. It's not as flavourful as others, but it does the job pretty well. Good for long trail runs and heavy workouts where I sweat a lot!

Convenient for refills on the trail, tastes good, no stomach upset on 6+ hr efforts, good balance of ingredients.

One of my Favs

I love Gu Roctane drink mix. It's my go to drink for long endurance races like Lotoja. It has a very light taste, a very good taste, and can be mixed with 30, 60 or 90 grams. I love that there are caffeine options. I love that it contains electrolytes. All around great drink.
