Decided try this for my long runs and pre marathon And boy did it help and it pairs perfect with their electrolyte sticks as well

Only tried once

I was hoping this would be a fuel for my marathon but after trying it, it ended up upsetting my stomach. The taste was a bit off putting as well. I will try it again to see if I have the same reaction or not.
