Best fuel for HIIT

I've being using INFINIT Speed High-Intensity Fuel for HIIT and fast group rides. I find it give me the energy I need without having to try to squeeze down a gel at high speed and heart rate.

Great Fueling during activities

I have been using INFINIT Speed for over 2 years now and it is part of my workout fueling. It provides me with the energy and hydration that I need during my 3 hours bike ride. The taste is mild, not overwhelming and it mixes well in the water. Definitely a most on hot days.
