I purchased 2 QR Adapters for bike trunk bags I already had. Although attaching them to the bags wasn’t as easy as it seems, it is a much better option to attach them to the rack. Instead of cumbersome Velcro straps, it’s now a simple hook and clip. Saves time and it’s a good value.

Guesswork?

The bag I was adding to the adapter had a firm cloth bottom but it was not a firm hard bottom. It was difficult to determine where to install the screws. I put a small thin piece of plastic in the bottom to firm up the bag and had difficulty at that point tightening the screws. Perhaps a second set of longer screws would be helpful. I appreciated the adhesive on the bottom of the screws. All in all, a tremendous improvement!

Great mount for the pace 4

Seems to work very well. At first it seemed like it might be a little loose when locking into the rack with just a little extra play. But in use it seems rock solid and does not rattle. Great option to easily remove baskets and coolers from your rack quickly.
