Alpha

communication is difficult with this seller. it is a shame because the product is great when issues are not present. I will not buy from them ever again. go with wired bikes. they have great customer service. my bike came in a flimsy completely damaged box that looked like a balloon, not a box. I refused the delivery due to obvious damage. a new bike was sent a month later in a better box. this bike has and had issues internally and external. still trying to get it right but magician is very difficult to deal with. a little note about battery consumption... on the lowest setting after lowering programmable percentages, the lowest pedal assist will use almost 500watts while peddling. a wired bike you can reduce it more. also peak power is 4500 watts. I would buy a legend bike before this bike if I could redo my order. if you want a bafang system go with legend.

My new Alpha

Received the bike a couple of weeks ago, was prepared for shipping excellently. The bike went together very simply from the way it is shipped. The quality, fit and finish is to a very high standard. I was surprised how little information is available on the operation and set up of the suspension components, but definitely not a game changer. really like the color and look of the bike, the motor is completely silent.

Switch from Wired Freedom to Magician Alpha. Magician wins!

First off, I'm in love. I'm a huge critic, owned multiple in this class (including the wired freedom). And this is a polished diamond. It really checks all the boxes. Amazing build quality, intense yet smooth power and uneatable range! Also customer service is absolutely great too. No complaints here!
