A fixable bend … love the bike
The loose cross member that secures the handlebars had a warp or bend to it, I can only get three of the four screws in to it…
I wrecked one screw trying to force it … the bracing cross member was slightly bent causing problems could you send another and some screws … thanks 🙏

Great Value.
Let me first share that I have been a bike enthusiast for 50 plus years. I have ridden RAGBRAI (Registers Annual Great Bike Ride Across Iowa) 11 times back in the 80’s and 90’s and several other rides when I get the motivation. As I am approaching my mid 60’s I want to start exercising more. Great, I’ll get an E-Bike and go for it. I got the M2 Aipas and I have been back out exploring Des Moines, Iowa on bike trails. What fun. I didn’t know how much I would use it as my age continues going North. I love the Bike. It works well and gives me the work out I need.
Great value for around 1100.00.
If I would have known what I know now I would have bought the step-thru model. That and the bike’s weight are the only negatives I have with it. But it is designed to be a value product and a value product it is.
You aren’t going to get the best steak at Applebees but it will be pretty good for the money.

Better than I thought -love it
It’s great. When I bought it, I was concerned that I wouldn’t get any exercise. But the range of pedal assist is great. If you want to get your heart rate up you ride on level 1 or 2. But if you neeed a little help, especially on hills, or you need to get somewhere faster, level 4 and 5 will do most of the work at a good speed. I also thought I’d be confused about coordinating the gear settings with the pedal assist but it’s very intuitive. Understood it within minutes
