I like the "hard shell bag". The only issue I had, I thought the whole bag was hard shell, it's only the sides. I cut a piece of plexiglass to put in the bottom. Works great for added support.

Gray-ape and loving it

I bought this bike as a surprise for my husband, and he was completely thrilled! I originally purchased the gray bike, but when it arrived, it was actually more of a purple color. I was so happy and relieved that my husband really dug the color anyway! He absolutely loves the look and the tire size. He had never owned an e-bike before, so he is having a blast. It makes going uphill require minimal effort while he gets used to riding it. We mostly use it for tooling around town, and it's been absolutely perfect.

The rear bag is a great addition for hauling drinks and tools!

The hardshell shelf bag has proven to be worth the money time and time again! It’s great for hauling snacks and drinks, and even the little tool set to ensure everything stays tight on our new bikes! Would highly recommend!
