Great Bag, Customer Service Non Existent
Got the Vernon trunk bag for my gravel bike. Plenty of room and stays on the rack no problem. Very nice bag. I had emailed customer service with a malling concern due to USPS nonsense, no response. I did get my delivery after delay. Customer service is questionable.

Great bag! I used it with my rack and it was extremely secure. I took it off for a shopping trip and the bag holds a ton! My only complaint is that the shoulder strap is pretty scratchy on your skin.
